Revo Ride moves people and parcels in the same app. Riders book a trip, drivers take the work, and an office behind them keeps the money straight and answers when something goes wrong.
What we are
We do two jobs that usually take two companies: ride hailing and parcel delivery. The same drivers, the same map, and the same people answering when you need them.
We build for cities where most people still pay cash, where fleets and cooperatives organise the drivers, and where the first month has far fewer drivers than the tenth. We started from those facts rather than working around them later.
How we go about it
- Licensing before launch
- We are working through licensing and compliance with the relevant authorities before carrying passengers, rather than afterwards.
- Records
- We keep a record of every trip, fare, payment and complaint, and of where the car went. When someone asks what happened on a particular trip, we can tell them.
- Working with fleets
- Owners and cooperatives already organise drivers in most of the places we want to work, so we give them their own way in rather than pretending they are not there.
- Personal data
- Names, numbers and journeys belong to the people they describe. We collect what the service needs and keep it under the data protection rules of each country we operate in.
