Fleet terms

Last updated 29 September 2026

This is the agreement between Revo Ride and a fleet operator: a company, a cooperative or an owner running drivers on our app.

Accepting this agreement

You accept this agreement when your partner account is set up and each time you use it.

Who this is for

You run drivers. You brought them in, you vouch for them, and their takings pass through your hands before they reach us.

Your drivers each have their own agreement with us covering their own driving. This one covers your side.

Your account

We set up partner accounts ourselves, so you are approved by our office rather than by filling in a form. You get your own way in, showing your fleet and nothing else.

Keep your login to the people who should have it. What happens on your account is treated as done by you.

Your drivers

You can invite drivers, take on drivers who ask to join you, and let drivers go. You can ask for a driver who has not finished signing up, and we hold the request until they do.

A driver can also leave you. They keep their own account when they do.

You are responsible for who you bring in. We still check licences and permits, but vouching for a driver means standing behind them. If a claim or cost falls on us because of a driver you brought in, or because of how you handled their money, we may recover it from you.

Vehicles you provide

Where the vehicle belongs to you rather than to the driver, the insurance is yours to hold and yours to keep current.

Every vehicle has to carry its own valid motor insurance for carrying passengers or goods for payment, and be roadworthy. We check it, and we check it again at renewal.

The app enforces this on its own. A driver whose documents are out of date cannot go online, whoever they drive for. That is not a decision somebody makes about your fleet, and we cannot waive it, so keeping cover current is the difference between your drivers working and your drivers sitting idle.

If a driver moves to a different vehicle of yours, tell us, because the new one has to be checked first.

Your fee

You set what you take from your drivers.

If you change it, we tell the driver, and it starts on a day you pick rather than the moment you press save. That is deliberate: a fee that changes without warning is the thing drivers most often fall out with fleets over.

Our commission is separate, and is charged on the trip itself.

Cash

Money changes hands three times, and all three are recorded.

  1. The rider pays the driver, usually in cash, at the end of the trip.
  2. The driver hands it to you. You mark it in, from your phone or theirs. Until you do, it shows as still out with that driver. A mistake can be undone before you settle.
  3. You settle with us, on the agreed cycle. One sheet, one payment, your fee already taken off, and a receipt for each driver.

While you hold your drivers’ takings, you are holding money that is partly ours and partly theirs. Hand it in on the agreed cycle. Do not use it for anything else in the meantime.

If you disagree with a charge

Put it in writing through your account. Somebody answers, and the outcome goes on the record either way. It is a record, not a favour.

Suspension

We can suspend your account for unpaid amounts, a serious complaint, or fraud. We will tell you why and what to do about it.

Suspending your account does not stop your drivers working. They keep driving and keep earning. Their trips and takings are simply no longer routed through you until the matter is settled.

Ending this agreement

Either of us can end it with reasonable notice. What is owed in either direction stays owed, and outstanding cash is settled before it closes.

Your drivers keep their accounts and carry on driving.

Your data, and your drivers’

What we hold is described in the privacy policy. You see your drivers’ trips, what they collected and what they have handed in. You do not see their messages with riders.

Changes

If this agreement changes, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Things outside anyone’s control

Some things are nobody’s fault. Bad weather, a closed road, unrest, a power cut, a network outage, a government decision.

If one of those stops either of us doing something, neither of us is to blame for it.

If part of this does not hold

If a court decides any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest still stands.

If we do not enforce something straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.

Which law applies

The law that applies is the law of the country where you used the service, and its courts deal with any dispute.
